1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using PlantDoc (the "App", "Software", or "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

PlantDoc is a digital mobile software application developed and operated by Yunwei Network Technology ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms also govern any other digital software products, applications, or services offered by the Company (collectively, the "Services").

2. Description of Service

PlantDoc is our flagship AI-powered digital application for iOS and Android devices. Other Yunwei products (such as the Yunwei Industry Agents platform and the Yunwei Fitness & Weight-Loss AI app) are described on our website. PlantDoc provides the following features:

• Plant Identification: Photo-based identification of plant species using AI technology integrated with third-party APIs.
• Health Diagnosis: Analysis of plant health conditions through symptom recognition against a knowledge base of plant disease cases.
• Care Recommendations: Personalized care plans including watering schedules, treatment instructions, and environmental guidance.
• Garden Management: Tools for tracking multiple plants with reminders and progress monitoring.
• Pet Safety: Toxicity information for pets based on established databases.

The App is delivered as downloadable digital software. All purchases are for digital subscriptions or one-time digital licenses as described in our pricing page.

3. License to Use

Subject to these Terms and your payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes unless you have purchased a commercial/Pro license.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works from the App.
• Sell, resell, rent, lease, or distribute the App or access to it.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws.
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App's features beyond normal usage limits.

4. Account & Subscriptions

To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Be responsible for all activities under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized use of your account.

Subscription Services: Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from within the App or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through Paddle.com, our authorized Merchant of Record.
• Prices are listed in USD and may include applicable taxes based on your location.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers.
• Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of Pro features until payment is successfully processed.

6. AI Features & Accuracy Disclaimer

Plant identification, health diagnosis, and care recommendations provided by the App are generated using artificial intelligence technologies. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI results are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional botanical, medical, veterinary, or agricultural advice.
• Identification accuracy depends on photo quality, lighting, and the specific species in question.
• For critical health concerns about your plants, pets, or yourself, please consult qualified professionals.
• We do not guarantee that AI-generated results will be error-free in every case.

7. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including but not limited to Plant.id API, MiMo Vision, weather data providers, and ASPCA toxicity data. Your use of these integrations is also subject to those services' respective terms of service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, AI models, algorithms, and software code — are the exclusive property of Yunwei Network Technology or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yunwei Network Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App immediately ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation first, and if unresolved, through the competent courts in Suizhou, Hubei Province, China.
