Delete Your Account

You can delete your Plant Rescue account at any time. When you delete your account, your personal data (email address, saved plant diagnoses, and account profile) is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days, except where legal obligations require longer retention.

Option 1 — Delete in the App (recommended)

  1. Open the Plant Rescue app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings → Account.
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Deletion takes effect immediately in the app; server-side data is purged within 30 days.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app, send an email to cagozan03@gmail.com with the subject line "Plant Rescue Account Deletion Request" and include the email address of the account you want deleted. We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm by reply email.

What gets deleted

Note: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. To cancel your subscription, see our Refund Policy or contact us by email.
